Disclaimer

By committing to life coaching with Lydia Lockhart, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Coaching is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or medical treatment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions.
  • For legal purposes, you understand that coaching is currently an unregulated industry and that your Coach is not “licensed“ by any UK body even though the sessions may take place in England or elsewhere in English.
  • The Coach is not acting as a therapist, mental health counsellor, or medical professional.
  • Coaching is a collaborative process. You remain fully responsible for your own choices, decisions, actions, and wellbeing during and after coaching sessions.
  • Results are not guaranteed. Coaching is designed to support you in exploring goals and making progress, but outcomes will vary depending on your own commitment and circumstances.
  • Coaching may involve personal growth, reflection, and mindset shifts. However, the Coach makes no promises regarding specific outcomes such as increased happiness, business success, career progression, or other life changes.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential.
  • Exceptions apply if:
