I offer a 1:1 life coaching programme for children and teenagers, giving each young person my complete focus and support. My approach creates lasting change, with strong, long-term results.
Although every situation is unique, I often describe the areas I work with as ABC: Anxieties, Behaviour, and Confidence. Life coaching helps children and teenagers break free from emotional limitations and unhelpful beliefs that hold them back from reaching their goals and enjoying life.
Through my specialised programme, I help each young person build the confidence and resilience to handle even the most challenging situations. Along the way, they develop greater self-awareness and learn practical techniques they can carry with them throughout life skills that often benefit the whole family.

As a parent, it’s painful to watch your child struggle. Maybe they’re anxious, overwhelmed, or finding it hard to express how they feel. As a Life Coach I work with what we call the ABC’s: Anxieties, Behaviours and Confidence. Your child may be experiencing any or all of these.
I work specifically with children and teenagers, helping them make sense of their emotions and the beliefs that sit underneath them. I don’t see feelings as “good” or “bad”, they’re all part of being human. Some can feel harder to manage than others, but when children learn to understand, accept, and work with their emotions, they begin to feel lighter, more confident, and more secure in themselves.
My first priority is always to build trust and safety. Before anything else, your child needs to feel comfortable with me and know this is their space. Once that foundation is there, we begin to gently explore where feelings come from, the stories they may have told themselves, and the patterns that might be holding them back. From there, I support them in developing new ways of seeing themselves and their world.
Everything I do is led by your child, at their pace and on their terms. My approach is playful, creative, and pressure-free. Because when children are given the freedom to explore in their own way, real change happens.
Over time, what once felt overwhelming becomes easier to face. Your child discovers not only how to manage their emotions, but how to embrace them, grow from them, and step into a stronger, more confident sense of self.
I would love to help you and your child and if you have any questions and want to know more about how I work, please do get in touch.
